Our web store is open for both domestic and international orders. A shipping surcharge is required to process an order for all orders. Shipping charges will be calculated at a flat rate assigned to the designated country. For more specific shipping charges, please liase with us at info@peonfx.com.

All prices on this site are in SGD, Singapore Dollars, unless specified. We reserve the right to amend prices on this site at any point of time.
EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are only allowed when customers received a wrong order in terms of items and size. Exchanges are only permitted up to 14 days after delivery with the condition of originally sold, and must include a copy of the invoice, packing list, or other proof of purchase showing the buyer’s name. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction means any faulty item can be returned, with proof of production malfunction, for a replacement, to which this applies only for item that are purchased via our web store. If the faulty item that was purchased is out of stock, eligible items may be exchanged for equal or lesser value of original purchased price. Other than the above mentioned; all sales are final.

In the unlikely event your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please contact us at sales@peonfx.com. We will take action to trace your order. Please include your PayPal order number and the shipment tracking number when referring to an order.

FAQ
How Do I Place An Order?
When you see an item you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on “view cart” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “checkout” to finish. Shipping costs are then calculated during checkout.
What is the available Payment Methods?
We receive payment via Paypal.
How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?
After you click “Send Order” an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.
Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order is being packed for shipping, we are no longer able to modify your order. Please email us and provide us with your order number, as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may place an additional order at any time.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel an order.

Do you ship international? Yes we ship international to most countries.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or during public holidays).
Your order will be shipped via Standard Registered posting. Once it is shipped, we will be providing you with the website as well as the registered article reference number. Shipping duration is between 7-10 business days. Please take note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes.
How Much Will I Be Charged?
Shipping charges varies from one country to another. We provide Flat Rate shipping for all items that are below 5kg of weight via Singapore Post. Calculation of the shipping cost is done during check out, after you have selected the country we are shipping the item to.
How Will I Know If My Order Shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. You can send us an email at sales@peonfx.com and check the status of your order.
When Will I Be Charged?
Once you have processed the charges through Paypal, we will then process the receipt of your payment at your end. You will then be notified by us and we will then proceed with the shipping of the items
